I. November 15, 2010 through August 15, 2011
$4.00 per foot, per day (40 foot minimum)
$.65 Cents per kwh for electricity
$.20 Cents per gallon for water

II. August 16, 2011 through November 16, 2011
$3.00 per foot, per day (40 foot minimum)
$.65 Cents per kwh for electricity
$.25 Cents per gallon for water

Holiday Restrictions

1. High Season Holidays/12/25 through 12/31: Weekly reservation only, for minimum stay of seven nights, non refundable.

2. Easter, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July and Thanksgiving: 4 nights minimum, non refundable.
